Cellularphone communications throughout the Cowichan lake area are spotty at best. Fido,  Rogers, Telus, and Bell, all have issues (due to weak signalstrength) and need to upgrade their equipment.    
We are only an hoursdrive to Victoria and a twenty minute drive to Duncan(from Lake Cowichan town) and are stuck with inadequate cell phonecommunications.
